prettyPrint JavaScript debugger

“prettyPrint” is an in-browser JavaScript “variable dumper” similar to ColdFusions’s cfdump. It enables you to print out an object of any type in table format for viewing during debugging sessions. User Testing with Amazon Turk

Hm, das ist doch mal eine interessante Idee: Cheap User Testing with Amazon Turk.

To my complete amazement, I actually found out a way to have 100 PC computers from all around the world testing my website! Welcome to the world of Amazon Turk. For a total of $5, I had just about 80 users go through my tests and give me feedback.

HTTP Resources Checks

Der Resource Expert Droid (RED) überprüft HTTP Resourcen und meldet Probleme:

RED interacts with the resource at the provided URL to check for a large number of common HTTP problems, including:

• Invalid syntax in headers
• Ill-formed messages (e.g., bad chunking, incorrect content-length)
• Incorrect gzip encoding
• Missing headers

Additionally, it will tell how well your resource supports a number of HTTP features, like:

• Caching
• Negotiation for compression
• Last-Modified and ETag validation
• Partial content
