Das STIC-System speichert Angaben zu Verdächtigten und Verurteilten von Verbrechen, aber auch zu den Opfern derselben. Die Datenbank, die inzwischen zu der Hälfte der französischen Bevölkerung Informationen umfasst, wird zirka 20 Millionen Mal pro Jahr von der Polizei zu Rate gezogen. Wie nun die Datenschützer des CNIL feststellten, enthalten 83 Prozent der Eintragungen Fehler. Diese variieren von einfachen Tippfehlern bis hin zu Personenverwechslungen, wobei aus Opfern plötzlich Täter wurden.

Gäbe es den Straftatbestand der Missachtung der Gerichte, dann wäre er mit diesem Gesetz verwirklicht. Es verhöhnt die Strafjustiz. Es missachtet Normenklarheit und Normenwahrheit. jQuery: Bild Rotation

Mit dem jQuery Plugin Wilq32.RotateImage kann man Bilder clientseitig rotieren.

This is an final product of a Wilq32.PhotoEffect Snippet. Actually you can use this simple and tiny script to get effect of rotated images directly from client side (for ex. user generated content), and animate them using own functions. There is still some minor bugs. Actually I got some ideas how to solve them but need a little more time for it.
