(…) Die Definition der “überragend wichtigen Rechtsgüter” zirkelten die Richter sehr eng ein. Zu schützen sei “Leib, Leben und Freiheit der Person” - also letztlich Mord, Totschlag oder eine Geiselnahme. Allerdings erwähnten die Richter auch terroristische Planungen als Grund einer Online-Durchsuchung, da diese die “Funktionsfähigkeit wesentlicher Teile der existenzsichernden öffentlichen Versorgungseinrichtungen” zerstören könnten.
